Returning is simple
Repack everything in the original reusable packaging and attach the prepaid return label. Our courier will collect from the original delivery address on the next working day after your hire ends. Someone must be available for collection.
Example: Hiring Friday–Monday?
Delivered by Thursday → Hire Friday–Monday → Collected Tuesday.

How much is delivery?
Standard tracked UK delivery and return are included in the hire price. The price you see is the price you pay — no courier charge is added at checkout.
Do I need separate insurance?
No. Separate hired-equipment insurance isn't ordinarily required. Our standard Damage Protection is included with qualifying hires.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Not normally. Captis is designed without routine large security deposits.
What happens if the equipment is lost in transit?
Provided you've packed the equipment correctly, followed our return instructions and handed it to our nominated carrier on time, normal courier transit risk sits with Captis.
